Home Inspectors

Home inspectors are your guide during your home purchase to report and observe. They aren’t specialists in any one area and home inspection shouldn’t stop with them if a problem surfaces during the inspection. It may be critical to have other mechanical systems and components evaluated by specialists in their respective areas. Also, you may develop your own environmental sampling plan in partnership with them to ensure your individual needs are being met.

Steve Traylor has a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. Previously he worked for a large architectural/ engineering firm and has subsequent experience as a builder for 15 years. He does each inspection personally and typically only does one inspection per day, so he has plenty of time to do it right.
